It is said that the The first four years of a child's life is quite critical for the development of the child and one has to take care to inculcate the right value system in him/her.
When the child is 5 year old, there is a bit of sadness. For, he/she wont be with you all the time, as he/she has to attend the school. The child is no longer dependent on you totally, and he/she sees the world through a wider prism. New friends, new environment, new knowledge - and the child is no longer the same any more. It is as if a part of you is suddenly detached from you.But once the initial shock dies down, you can sit back and enjoy the child attaining a personality of his/her own. The child is in the process of becoming a boy/girl and then a man/woman.
