The next time the Government says oil companies are suffering from under recovery, all it has to do is to increase the Price without tax and reduce the excise duty component, thereby holding the overall price. But that would affect the revenue of the Government, limiting their ability to indulge in wasteful expenditure. They dont want that, do they?
