Peter's Principle says that 'Everyone (employee) raises to his level of incompetence'It is so true in the case of our (dis)honourable Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh. A career bureaucrat, he has held many posts including that of RBI Governor, Finance Minister till he reached his level of incompetence - the Prime Ministership of a resurgent India, which is crying for dynamic leadership.
So, while he continues to blunder his way around in the upper echelons of the Country, as a walking example of Peter's Principle, we - the people suffer silently.
